SAFE 11/9/17 Handsome Morris was returned to the shelter by his owner. He was adopted from the ACC a year ago. Morris was said to be gentle with children and is a friendly, affectionate boy who liked to play with toys. He liked to follow his owner around. Now that he is back at the place that he thought he’d never see again, Morris is upset. Please give this wonderful cat a furever home this time.

Basic Information: Morris is a 4 year old neutered orange tabby cat who was surrendered by his owner due to allergies. The owner adopted Morris from the ACC 1 year ago.

Behavior Notes Owner stated that Morris does scratch the furniture even though he was provided a scratching post made out of carpet and rough rope. On his way to the ACC he was quiet.Morris has never been bathed and will struggle to get away when trimming his nails. Morris enjoys being brushed. He isn’t bothered if he held or put in a carrier.

For a New Family to Know Owner described Morris as friendly affectionate and playful. When at home he will follow his owner around. He likes to play with cat dancers and cat nip toys. Morris has been kept indoors only and eats both wet and dry food. Morris is used to an uncovered litter box with clumping litter.
