Medical Summary S: intial exam; feral cat sedated with 0.1 mls telazol for exam Scan negative O: mm’s pink, moist clean adult teeth; fractured left maxillary canine; no nasal discharge OU- clear AU- moderate amount of brown debris; ear mites seen under microscope no murmur, regular rhythm lungs clear and eupneic abdomen- snp MI, 2 descended testicles BCS 5/9 approx 2 inch area of alopecia at left side of neck with 1 cm scab, no swelling; no fleas seen A: ear mites fractured canine area of alopecia with small scab- R/O trauma vs self-induced due to ear mites vs other P: applied revolution, gave vaccines, retro test
