BCS 5/9 EENT: All deciduous teeth erupted, clean, no oral ulcers, no gingivitis, eyes clear, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl HL: Normal thoracic auscultation, no murmurs/arrhythmias ABD: Distended abdomen, soft, non-tender INTEG: WNL, full coat MS: Ambulatory x 4, no apparent lameness UG: Female A: Underage, underweight, no concerns on exam P: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis
