Subjective: Alert, quiet, sneezing frequently

EENT: Mild serous discharge OU and nose. Clean ears.
Oral Exam: Clean teeth.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic. Sneezes frequently.
ABD: Soft, large. Non painful, no masses palpated.
U/G: Male neutered.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: Normal externally

1. URI – mild, likely viral

1. Continue supportive care for URI and general wellness

Observed Behavior: quiet in kennel but hissing and swatting on approach, required net when cat leaped from kennel
ENRICHMENT NOTES:
7/12/18
Curled up in litter box, facing away. No response to being spoken to or door opening. Started lip licking when pet, tolerated a few strokes, then lifted head and hissed once. Turned away and put head down again when door closed

Dozing in litter box, soft eyes and body. Stood and came forward when spoken to, sniffed hand, rubbed against bars. Stayed at front when door opened, leaned and arched into pets, purred.

Miso stands and comes to the front of the cage, sniffing the assessor’s hand through the bars.

Misos finder stated that Miso would shy away from her touch but did not attempt to bite or scratch. When being put into the carrier Miso struggled but did not attempt to bite or scratch. In the car he is relaxed and stares at his surrondings

Miso did not want to come out of his carrier and had to be coaxed out. Once out of the carrier he allowed counselor to pet him and collar him. He displayed a tense body with airplane ears and dilated pupils. He allowed counselor to pick him up and place him in a kennel. In the kennel he displays a tense body
