Lying in back of kennel, body low and tense. Pupils are dilated. Makes eye contact when spoken to, then backs away and wraps tail around  body as I reach towards her with the bear-claw. Tolerates petting along head and body while tilting ears and looking around the room. Nervous and unsure, needs more time to adjust.Â
06/29/18
Opened up portal door to littermate. Low body posture, lip licks upon approach. Timid, but warms up with attention. Sniffs hand, then leans in for petting/attention. Gives head butts and shifts her body weight. She turns her head and vocalizes when pet along her back, might be painful due to matted fur. Potential to warm up.
