Medical Summary 01/28/16 11:53 VC – CRUELTY–RHL OLD UNTREATED FRACTURE S/O: Cat is Q/BARH, seems fearful (shaking), but allows all handling BCS 5/9 Healthy dentition Heart/lungs auscult wnl Right hind leg is severely disfigured – old fx that did not heal properly; left hind leg does not extend appropriately; both forelimbs are stiff after sedation with decreased ROM A: Old fractures P: Sedated with 0.15cc Telazol IM Rt lat Tibia VD Pelvis Wholebody rt lat 01/27/16 Microchip: negative Sex: intact male Age: reported 9m, possibly older Mentation: BARH Eyes: clear Ears: clean Nose: no d/c Teeth: young, no to minimal staining If abnormal BCS: WNL Skin: WNL Hair Coat: WNL Declawed: no Any injuries: right hind leg old fracture–Hx of untreated fracture, can feel boney regrowth over the tib/fib, leg cannot extend fully (muscle damage or way the bones reknit); left leg seems unaffected but ambu is comensating for right shortening–on for vet check, would need rads to confirm extent of damage Behavior: fearful (shaking, head down) but allows all handling and will purr when given attention Medication: N/A, no preventatives given due to pending cruelty, Vx given
