Medical Summary microchip scan negative underage female kitten approximately 5 weeks old BARH no ocular or nasal discharge ears are clean 1.1lbs; BCS: 3/5 eating wet food well on her own deep puncture wound on inner left hindleg mild serous discharge from wound, no bleeding cleaned area with nolvasan solution injury does not appear to be effecting mobility as per dr.1173, 0.15ml amoxi/clav potas. 45.7mg/ml BID x 10days VC scheduled for tomorrow very friendly, allowed all handling
