No History : Stray Subjective: Observed Behavior – BARH, Active, allows all handling, eating well Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 4/9 EENT: Conjunctivitis OU (R>L), ears clean, serous nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Pink mm, no oral ulcers PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, fleas/flea dirt noted on LVT intake, no masses noted, unkempt hair coat with small areas of alopecia at front limbs, thin coat at abdomen — woods lamp neg CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Underage, conjunctivitis Plan: Rec erythromycin OU q12 x 10 days and augmentin 0.15ml PO q12 x 10 days Prognosis: Good SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to underage
