Subjective: BARH. Eating well on his own. Very friendly and purring. Overall has significantly improved since intake but will still need time for URI to resolve and to gain weight. No c/s/v/d.

Subjective: QAR when found in cage was dumpy and could barely walk. ~7-8% dehydrated. During PE offered food and he perked up and ate eagerly on his own. Cleaned his eyes and encouraged to eat.
Observed Behavior – very sweet. Easily handleable. Did well for all medical handling and procedures

EENT: Eyes were sealed shut with crust and when crust was wiped away purulent d/c poured out of the eye. Once this was cleaned up the globes appear wnl but difficult to fully assess, also severe conjunctivitis OU, ears clean, mucopurulent nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: kitten dentition, no oral lesions noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated

MSI: Ambulatory x 4 but very weak, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt hair coat
