History: surrendered with 2 other cats (26286, 26285). Cats were living in brother’s home but he is unable to care for them.

Subjective / Observed Behavior – BAR, shaking and crouched during exam. Allowed all handling. did not attempt to flee

EENT: Eyes clear; brown exudate, AU; no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: periodontal disease 1/5; dc 0/5.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: No murmur ausculted; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: tattoo present; spayed female.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: grossly normal.

Assessment
apparently healthy
periodontal disease
aural exudate r/o otitis externa.

Prognosis:
excellent.

Plan:
ear cleaning
baytril otic
available for adoption.

SURGERY:
already spayed.
