A volunteer writes: I had the pleasure of watching Mr. Mellow play peekaboo with a girl the other day in the cat adoption room. What fun these two were having! Everytime the girl hid and then reemerged, Mellow’s eyes lit up–and the girl would laugh with delight. At the end of their play session, Mellow rolled onto his back and stretched his long limbs out, displaying trust and friendship. I’m sure he was hoping that he could go into a forever home with playmates like her, who would keep this energetic and happy-go-lucky boy busy with all kinds of games. After she was gone, Mellow sniffed my hand gently and with curiosity. He’s a nice boy who lets you know when he’s up for fun and when he wants to chill out, and our behavior team noted that he showed no aggression and allowed handling. Come meet this handsome young tiger hunk today!
