Oral Exam: neg oral, mild dental disease
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MN
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally
Assessment
Stray geriatric MN DSH, apparently healthy
Possible thyroid slip
Prognosis: fair pending bloodwork to evaluate thyroid
Plan:
Stray hold
Finder of p interested in adopting after the stray hold
Recommend full blood work and T4 testing once transferred or adopted
