Medical Summary Hx: one stray kitten came in without mom S/O approx 7 weeks QAR a little shy but allows all handling mm pk, sl tacky; CRT <2 sec; deciduous dentitia no nasal discharge or sneezing OU-mildly elevated 3rd eyelid, increased epiphora AU-mild waxy discharge eupnic, heart/lungs WNL soft, nonpainful abdomen clean coat moderate abrasion of paw pad on LF but is not actively ulcerated-sensitive on palpation; mild abrasion on LH female A underage/underweight conjunctivitis-mild paw pad abrasions-suspect trauma; r/o calicivirus vs other P erythromycin OU BID x 10 days simbadol 1.8 mg/ml: 0.1 ml SQ SID x 3 days convenia 80 mg/ml: 0.1 ml SQ prognosis: good temp s/n waiver due to underage/underweight
