Medical Summary part of litter K16-082252 microchip scan negative intact male approximately 2 months old QAR, mild dehydration, pink MM moderate amount of dark crusty debris AU, positive for ear mites cleaned both ears and treated with revolution mild conjunctivitis OU – applied terramycin clear nasal discharge, URI confirmed by dr. 0844 start on doxycycline 50mg/ml 0.2ml SID x 10 days, terramycin OU BID x 7 days 2.0lbs; BCS: 3/5 offered wet kitten food mixed with water, has an okay appetite – will monitor nervous, tries to flee, but allowed handling
