History : Stray found on the porch.
Subjective / Observed Behavior – BAR, friendly. Allows most handling but gently resists restraint and paws to get away.
Evidence of Cruelty seen – none
Evidence of Trauma seen – none
EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: fractured 104; missing 204
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: No murmur ausculted; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, slightly firm; no masses palpated. bladder full, soft.
U/G: intact female. no scar seen. slightly enlarged mammary glands and nipples.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4 with R TL lameness; non painful on palpation. Unable to fully extend R TL. skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: grossly normal.
Osteoarthritis arthrodesis of the R elbow causing permanent mild flexion.
ok for surgery and adoption
pet must remain indoors as R TL will cause hindering to surviving outside living
