Subjective / Observed Behavior – BAR; WILL FLEE!! very tense and alert during exam. allows all handling; no signs of aggression.

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: dc 0/5; pd 0/5; normal kitten dentition
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: No murmur ausculted; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: no spay scar seen; intact feamle.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: grossly normal.
