MARY – A1092595
Safe - 10-26-2016 Manhattan
***SAFE 10/26/16*** FRIENDLY WITH CHILDREN, AND ALL AROUND SWEET – MARY WAS BROUGHT TO THE ACC BY SOMEONE WHO FOUND HER BUT DIDN’T WANT TO KEEP HER! A volunteer writes: Mary isn’t just a warm, gentle cat–she’s a sentry keeping an eye out for the people she loves. How else to explain the way she sits in her cat condo at the very front by the door, confident and calm, accepting pettings while her alert, curious eyes scan the room? She came to the Care Center as a clean and well-groomed stray, and her finder said that she was very friendly, especially with small kids, who were able to pet and hold her. Our behavior team also gave her high marks, noting that she head-butted her way to an excellent rating. My favorite thing about Mary is that she’s so secure and intuitive; the lucky pet parents who get to adopt her will bring home a best friend, sweet pet, and a guardian angel. Another volunteer writes: Hi! My name is Mary! Until recently, I had a nice home. But, for some reason that wasn’t explained to me, one day, I found that I didn’t. I wandered around until this very kind gentleman took me in. He had kids, and I really like kids! I really like all people, I like talking to them, listening to them, being picked up and held by them, playing with them, and of course, cuddling with them. The kind gentleman told me that even though he couldn’t keep me any more, he was going to take me to a place where a wonderful someone that could, would find me and take me home. So, here I am at the Manhattan Care Center on East 110th Street, patiently waiting for you to come meet me and see if just maybe you are that wonderful someone. Please hurry, I can’t wait to meet you! WITH ALL THE RAVE REVIEWS HOW COULD YOU NOT WANT TO ADOPT THIS SWEET GIRL? PLEASE GIVE MARY A HAPPILY EVER AFTER BY CONTACTING A RESCUE NOW TO PULL HER TO SAFETY!
