Evidence of Trauma seen -small abrasion on right side of neck

Oral Exam: all adult teeth, mild gingivitis
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: no spay scar- female intact
MSI: prominent mammary glands Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: clean on external exam
Assessment:small abrasion (1 cm) on right neck- healing
Prognosis: good
Plan:clean wound with chlorhex- healing well
vet check in 3 days to reassess
