09/16/17 20:21 Basic Information: Marsala is a 6 month old, spayed, domestic shorthair kitten. The previous owner adopted her from MACC about 2 weeks ago but had to return due to pets conflicting. Socialization: Marsala is very friendly with adults and children and strangers. She can play a bit rough with adults and children. She lived with a cat and they wouldn’t play and Marsala would hiss and growl at the other cat. Marsala has never interacted with dogs. Behavior: Marsala is quiet and sleeps throughout car rides. They never gave Marsala a bath, trimmed nails, or brushed. But she enjoys being picked up. She is ok with being put in a carrier and disturbed while sleeping. For a new family to know: Marsala is a friendly, affectionate, playful kitten. She has a very high energy level and loves to cuddle with you. Her favorite thing to do is play and she will follow you around when you are home. She is indoors only and will sleep in the bed with the owner. She ate wet food and dry food and is litter boxed trained. She had an uncovered litterbox with clumping litter. Upon intake, Marsala allowed counselor to pick up, pet, and collar.
