I am a male brn tabby and white domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 12 WEEKS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 11/16/2016 from NY 10457, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

11/16/16 15:03 Basic information: Markie was brought in as a stray. The finder found him on the street, the finder placed Markie in a plastic storage container and brought him to the shelter. No other information could be provided during intake. Intake Behavior: During intake Markie was relaxed with soft body. Markie allowed to be scanned (negative), collared, pictured, and picked up and placed in a cat kennel.

Reaction to door opening: Markie remains standing at the front of the cage, relaxed body posture, soliciting attention. Reaction to touch: Markie head-butts the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: Allows the pickup and remains calm. Placement determination: Beginner Markie interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
