MARC JACOBS – 17009

*** SAFE 01/09/18 *** One can always find irony at animals shelters…..Marc Jacobs’ former owner rescued him as a kitten. In their surrender statement they say “The owner’s favorite thing about Markie is that he goes to her for affection.” BUT NOW, they have no time for him and so he is expediently dumped at the shelter. Marc Jacobs deserves better than this! He has lived as a solo cat but he is gentle with children and may or may not have a heart murmur. Please rescue Marc Jacobs again, this time purrmanently!
Manhattan Center
Hello, my name is Marc Jacobs. My animal id is #17009. I am a desexed male brown tabby cat at the Manhattan Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 3 years old.
I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 27-Dec-2017, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance- no time for animal.
Marc Jacobs is at risk due to behavior, New Hope Only determination. At this time we have been unable to move Marc into adoptions due to behavior. He does have a heart murmur but no other significant medical concerns.
