***SAFE 10/01/17*** MAGNIFICENT MAMA NEEDS A RESCUE ANGEL TONIGHT! Gorgeous Tortie girl Mama was dumped for landlord issues. She is already spayed and a big girl weighing 15 lbs! The ex owner was saying she has litterbox issues – this could be due to a UTI, her being obese and not able to use litterbox comfortably, or other issues which owner didn’t feel like checking. The ACC bloodwork seems to indicate there is something there that needs follow up vet care. Give Mama the TLC she needs! ADOPT THIS PRETTY TORTIE GIRL NOW! RESERVE BY NOON!

09/16/2017 PET PROFILE MEMO
09/16/17 11:07 Basic Information: Mama is a female 12 year old tortie cat. Her owner picked her up off the street as a kitten. She cannot keep her due to her moving and cannot have pets at the new place. She last went to the vet around 4 years ago. She has no known health problems or injuries. Socialization: Around strangers Mama is fearful. With children she is respectful but doesn’t play with them or adults. It is unknown how she is with cats or dogs. She’s never bitten another animal or human before. Behavior: Mama is isn’t bothered getting her nails trimmed or coat brushed but hasn’t gotten a bath since a kitten. She isn’t bothered being picked up but struggles when being placed into a carrier. For a New Family to Know: Mama is shy, mellow and fearful at times with a low activity level. She rarely seeks attention but will stay in the same room as you. She’s only been an indoor cat and sleeps under the bed. She eats dry food and uses an uncovered litter box with clumping litter. She may scratch on the couch if it’s leather. Behavior During Intake: Mama had a very relaxed body and remained calm and relaxed when scanning her for a microchip. When opening the carrier she didn’t move or attempt to get out even when tilting the carrier. I took apart the top of the carrier and picked her up and she had a soft body. She remained calm and still allowing me to take a picture of her.
