08/30/16 12:35 Mama is a 1 year old spayed Torbie. He was found as a stray and has been in owners care for 1 year. She is being surrendered into the center due to conflict with other pet in home. There are no known health injuries or concerns problems. Around strangers she is friendly and outgoing. She has spent time with children of all ages and is relaxed and affectionate. With both adults and children he is gentle. There is no known history of her biting another animal or person. During car rides she will sleep. She has only had one litter box accidents, she peed outside of the box and it occured when litter box wasn’t clean. She has never been given a bath or had her nails trimmed. She enjoys having his coat brushed and being picked up and held. She isn’t bothered when being placed in a carrier or disturbed while sleeping. Mama is described as being friendly and affectionate with a medium activity level. When home he will follow you around or sit on. She likes to play with stuffed toys and was indoors only and ate dry food. She is litter box trained using an uncovered box with clumping litter. She didn’t scratch on anything in the home.

As per previous owner, Mama is friendly and outgoing around strangers. She has spent time around children of all ages and was relaxed and affectionate with them. She has only had one litter box accident when she peed outside of the box and it occurred when litter box wasn’t clean. Her owners describe her as friendly and affectionate with a medium activity level. Reaction to assessor: Mama was relaxed on her blanket at the back of the cubby. Reaction when softly spoken to: Mama’s ears rotate and she slowly inches forward and looks out at her surroundings. Reaction to cage door opening: Mama is calm and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Mama comes forward, sniffs the assessor’s hand and brushes up for attention. She allows petting all over, leans in for rubs and appreciates all attention. Reaction to being picked up: Mama is a bit tense when held and slowly relaxes in the assessor’s arms. Behavior Determination: Average Mama interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
