Medical Summary microchip scan negative female in late term pregnancy approximately 6 years old BARH minor crust medial to eyes thickened pinna most likely due to healed aural hematomas moderate dark debris in ears causing her to scratch positive for ear mites – treated with 0.12ml ivermectin SC no nasal discharge missing some teeth; moderate tartar; gingivitis small healing wound on left side of face BCS: 3.5/5 due to pregnancy has a very good appetite hair coat sheds a lot calm, allowed all handling
Weight 9.0
