MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, full hair coat, slightly unkempt
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Senior pet, dental disease, thin BCS
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Scheduled CBC/Chem/T4
