SAFE 8/9/17 A volunteer writes: I wasn’t expecting it, but I feel in love hard with Magic. She is a petite girl with a soft gray coat and a white face. What gripped my heart is that, when I reached out to pet her, she closed her eyes really tight and put her head down, as if to say, I know you are going to hurt me, but please please take pity on me. Within seconds, though, as she realized I just wanted to be her friend and make her feel better, her cheeks were rubbing against my hand and she was rolling over on her side. I was so happy to be able to comfort her. When I left and then saw her again, she had moved very much forward in her kennel and she was looking at me with those gentle, sweet eyes. I knew I’d made a friend. My greatest wish for someone is to have this much sweetness in your life.
NEW PHOTO – MAGIC and her housemate MARCEL lost their home when owner was evicted. She is a pretty girl and is hoping for a new home asap.
