LUKA – A1081389
Gone - 8-3-2016 Manhattan
**GONE 08/03/16** SPAYED KITTEN TRIED TO RUN FOR HER LIFE! Pretty LUKA was not fast enough to escape the person who grabbed her when she was hanging out on someone’s lawn, but her instincts were certainly right on! The person who grabbed her, shoved her into a cat carrier—handy that they had one around, eh?—-and then chucked her into the ACC as a stray. LUKA is 13 months old and already spayed, which sounds A LOT like she belonged to someone as a PET…..someone who owned a cat carrier, perhaps? And had a lawn….? It’s all speculation at this point, but it is also WELL KNOWN that people routinely dump their own cats at the ACC, then lie about ownership so they can save themselves the surrender fee. In any case, what matters is that LUKA catch the eye of a FOSTER/ADOPTER, tonight! Otherwise, she will be one of FAR TOO MANY cats who are killed during the daily ACC bloodbath, tomorrow.
