Behavior Notes:Lucy allowed staff to collar, scan for a microchip and take pictures with no signs of aggression.

Vocalizing loudly in front of kennel and pushing nose through cage door. Allows all petting while leaning in and raising tail. Makes eye contact. Sweet and social – doing great!

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: decid dentition, neg oral
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: intact female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally
Assessment
Retro test was FIV positive
otherwise apparently healthy
Prognosis: fair depending on results of retro test retesting
Plan:
recommend retesting Retro test at 6months
plan for OHE when of age and weight
SURGERY:
Temporary waiver due to age and weight
