LOKI – A1082349
Gone - 7-29-2016 Brooklyn
**GONE 07/29/16** HOT MESS! Only the ACC would describe the condition of BEING ALIVE as “4 NC – SEVERE CONDITIONS NOT CONTAGIOUS,” which is what they have written down for SHAKIRA and LOLLY. Remember Charlie from last nights’ list, whose status is currently unknown? Well, she gave birth to Shakira and Lolly AT the ACC, with the staff “discovering” them in her cage on July 25th. Why the ACC decided to rip those neonates from Charlie and list them on separate nights is a decision only understood by those as cruel as the ACC. Handsome LOKI was also taken to the ACC in the same group of trapped cats as Charlie, and tomorrow afternoon, he stands to be killed when SHAKIRA and LOLLY are. The ACC has already killed some of the cats from that group so they are definitely on a roll. LOKI has an EXPERIENCE rating and can be reserved on the ACC website, while the neonates will need to be pulled by a NEW HOPE rescue. Please recognize the dignity and potential of all three of these lovelies, and advocate widely on their behalf tonight!

07/26/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Loki was at the front of the cage looking around the room When spoken quietly: Loki stays at the front and sniffs the assessor’s hand Reaction to door cage opening: Loki appears relaxed Reaction to touch: Loki walks away to the back of the cage and looks at the assessor. He lightly tap the assessor’s hand when attempting to touch. Loki eventually allows petting but appears uncomfortable. Try picking cat up: Did not attempt Behavior Determination: Experience Loki was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying seemly unbrothered behavior. Loki does not seek attention from the assessor and walks to the back of the cage when the kennel was opened. He leans away as I started to get closer but after a steady slow approach. I was able to pet him and interact with him. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
