Medical Summary Microchip: negative Sex: intact male Age: appx 10y Mentation: QAR, slight dehydration (prolonged tugor) Eyes: sunken OS (possibly ruptured, chemosis) and heavy ocular d/c OU Ears: some wax Nose: nasal d/c and congested breathing, presume URI Teeth: labia seem swollen and cat is resistant to oral exam, teeth seen have moderate staining and some gingivitis noted, drooling on exam If abnormal BCS: underweight, ribs and hip points easily seen; very good appetite Skin: prolonged turgor Hair Coat: flea dirt but no live fleas seen Declawed: no Any injuries: some superficial scratches along nose and temples, possibly related to congestion and cat attempting to dislodge built up d/c Behavior: allowed handling but uncomfortable with touch throughout, cat would attempt to walk away during exam and offer soft vocal objection Medication: N/A, preventatives given and on for vet check
