T = P = 120 R = eupneic BCS normal
EENT: eyes and ears closed, no nasal discharge
Oral Exam: pink mm
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female
MSI: neonate- unable to walk, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal:
Assessment: clean, healthy neonate
Plan: foster/new hope partner for bottle feeding
Prognosis: guarded
SURGERY: Temp waiver due to age
