Oral Exam: deciduous dentition
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: male intact
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no ectoparasites noted, no masses noted, healthy hair coat.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: in apparent good health
Prognosis: good

Continue to monitor at BACC

temporary surgical waiver due to age/wgt

Upon intake Scotty was very fractious and tried to flee.while wraped in bedding he was biting at the blanket and hissy, he was uanble to be collared.
