MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healing wound L dorsal neck-
otherwise healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

1) Erythromycin OU BID x10d
2) Doxycycline 0.15ml (50mg/ml susp) PO BID x10d
3) Tresaderm AU BID x10d
