Medical Summary Hx: came in with one other kitten (A1112013) without mom; liam not eating on his own S/O BAR, interactive and vocal mod dehydration mm pk; deciduous canines present, premolars erupting OU-crusting mucoid discharge, blepharospasm ears clean heart/lungs WNL pot bellied, soft and nonpainful on palpation diarrhea staining around rectum dirty hair coat, no obvious lesions male A conjunctivitis diarrhea dehydration P 10 ml SQF x 3 days terramycin OU BID x 10 days bottle/force feed q3h until eating on his own monitor for URI signs
