Enrichment::
04/27/17:
Lying on side of kennel with a low body. He avoids eye contact when spoken to, looking around the room and licking his lips. He tolerates petting along his head and body, turning his head away from me and shifting weight. Needs more time to adjust. Sprayed feliway. Update** I didn’t realize he was blind.

RELATIONSHIP
Pepe was found as a stray about 1 year ago. She is believed to be about 3 years old. She scanned negative for a microchip.
PEOPLE
She lived in a home with 3 adults and 1 child who is 4 years in age. She is usually relaxed around the child and usually does not play with him. She has never bitten anyone.

PERSONALITY/HABITS
She is a moderately active mostly indoor cat. She sometimes goes out onto the fire escape. She has been described as playful, friendly, quiet, shy, mellow, aloof, and independent. She enjoys playing with balls, strings, and stuffed toys. She isn’t bothered if you place her in a carrier or disturb her while she is sleeping. She loves being petted. She usually meows during car rides. She likes to follow her family around or be in the same room as them when they are home. She eats Kit and Kaboodle dry food and receives wet food as treats. She uses a hooded litter box with either clumping or clay litter. She does scratch on the furniture, but it should be noted she doesn’t have access to a scratching post.
TRAINING
