I am a female calico domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 6 WEEKS old.

I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 06/18/2017 from NY 11434, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY. I came in with Group/Litter #K17-101332.

Hx: 3 kittens (A1115788, A1115786, A1115787) came in without mom; observed to be eating on their own S/O approx 6 weeks old QAR, unsocialized but allows handling mm pk, moist; deciduous canines fully erupted, premolars almost fully erupted serous nasal discharge with some crusting around the nares OU-blepharospasm, serous discharge, crusting AU-mild waxy debris heart/lungs WNL slightly dirty hair coat female A URI with conjunctivitis underage/underweight P doxycycline 0.1 ml PO SID x 10 days terramycin OU BID x 10 days rec’d foster for socialization prognosis: excellent temp s/n waiver due to underage/underweight
