Oral Exam: missing all teeth except canines and significant periodontal disease, evidence of stomatitis/faucitis
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: mod bladder, non-painful
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, sl dry haircoat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

stomatitis/faucitis/dental dz
congestion and conjunctivitis – viral vs secondary to severe oral cavity disease
Prognosis: good to excellent – will need remaining teeth removed and may need to be placed on prednisolone to control remaining inflammation and pain.
Plan: terramcyin bid x 7 days
azithromycin sid x 7 days
simbodol sid x 3 days
vet recheck in 3 days to ensure uri improving and eating comfortably, +/- add nebulization
