SAFE 5/4/18 **BLIND** 9 year old LEAH was dumped by her owner for litterbox problems. She may have a UTI and needs some medical eval to determine what is wrong – owner did not take to vet. She also needs some dental care. LEAH needs a new home where she can get the care she needs. She is frightened and stressed in the shelter. Please help her today!

U/G: spayed female. scar seen.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, mild seborrhea sicca.
CNS: Mentation appropriate; minimal PLR, direct and indirect. absent menace response OU. palpebral intact. no other neuro abnormalities.
Rectal: grossly normal.
