U/G: Spayed
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, two linear wounds ~3mm each at ventral base of tail
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Wound, dental disease
Prognosis: Excellent
Plan: Cleaned wound with nolvasan. Convenia 0.35ml SQ given. Continue to monitor while at BACC
