Observed Behavior – hiding in litter box with dilated pupils. allows touching and all handling.

Evidence of Trauma seen – small scars/ abrasions on face and chin- healing

Oral Exam: adult teeth with halitosis and mild tartar/calculus on molars
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: intact male- two testicles
MSI: fleas, small scars on face/chin healing. 1 cm area of alopecia on left hind leg- woods lamp negative. Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: clean on external exam
Assessment: fleas, apparently healthy
Prognosis: good
