Observed Behavior – QAR, afraid Evidence of Cruelty seen – None Evidence of Trauma seen – None Objective T = Not taken P = 160 bpm R = 32 bpm BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: NAF PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Intact female, No discharge. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not examined. Assessment: Apparently healthy. Medical Behavior Status- Blue Medical Status- 1 Asilomar Status- Healthy Fast Track- No Plan Vaccinated for Rabies. Good for surgery. Prognosis excellent
