Medical Summary scan negative BARH male intact hissing, growling, swating, striking reported cat was stucked in gate and got injured broken nails on front paws abrasion on medial to left hind limb severely injured rt hind limb: had fx, dislocated and hanging end part, laceration of this right hind paw and bleeding wounds cleaned with novalson mild tartar clean EEN panting immediately called on call vet 1168 and explained Dr rec followings- 0.15cc Bupren inj BID x 3 days 1.5cc Amoxiclav PO BID x 7 days gave initial dose of bupren and clavomox now NOSF
