U/G: male, testicles not yet descended
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: not performed
Assessment: Underage/Underweight, otherwise Apparently healthy
Plan: Recommend foster or rescue placement.

At front of kennel, making eye contact and vocalizing with ears forward. He allows all petting while leaning in with tail raised. Loves to be held â€“ cries when placed back down. Doing well!
