Profile:
Socialization
Koopa has been socialized with children ages 5 and up and was relaxed and playful with them. Koopa played gently with children and adults. Koopa has also lived with other cats and was playful and respectful around them. Koopa liked to play exuberantly with the other cats in the house. Koopa has not lived with dogs. Around strangers Koopa is friendly and outgoing. Koopa doesn’t not have a bite or scratch history.
Behavior
In car rides Koopa will meow. Koopa has not been given a bath, been brushed or had his nails trimmed by the owner before. Koopa will let you pick him but doesn’t like to stay in your arms and will jump out.. Koopa isn’t bothered when being placed in a carrier
For the new family to know
Koopa was described as playful and friendly with a high activity level. When home with Koopa he will be off in a room with the other cats playing. Koopa enjoys mostly playing with cats but likes to play with strings sometimes. Koopa is not yet litter box trained but has been starting to try and use the litter box. He uses an uncovered litter box with clumping litter. Koopa eats both wet and dry food and is use to the brands fancy feast and 9 lives. Koopa doesn’t have a scratching post at home and doesn’t scratch on anything in the house.
Behavior during intake
Koopa was relaxed during intake. Koopa allowed to be scanned and collared with a loose body.
