mirtazipine 3.75mg PO one time.
doxycyline 50mg/ml — give 0.75ml PO q24h x 10 days.

U/G: intact male. symmetical, smooth testicles.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted; multifocal pinpoint crusts throughout body. no active lesions.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: grossly normal.
URI — suspect viral.
dermatitis — resolving.
