Allows full exam and vx. O: BAR-H, BCS 7/9, MMs pink and moist, CRT <2 sec EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Clean teeth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, large, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. Thick fur coat. UG: Female A: Female overweight cat Short-term prognosis: Good P: Gave 1.5 ml pyrantel and Activyl 9+ lb during exam. Recommend weight loss of 2-5 lbs 1088
