History : stray
Subjective: BARH, appear to be eating wet food on their own
Observed Behavior: hisses in cage when first approached but allows all medical handling and is vocal at the front of the cage
Evidence of Cruelty seen – no
Evidence of Trauma seen – no

P = wnl R = wnl BCS 4/9
EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: no oral lesions noted, kitten dentition
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Underage
Plan: CTM while at BACC
Prognosis: good
SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to underage/underweight
