ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated besides bladder which is full
U/G: Female, reported spayed
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, very fluffy and well-groomed, skin free of parasites, no masses noted
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: Normal externally
Assessment: Dental disease
Prognosis: Good
Plan: Recommend dental cleaning in the near future
