*** GONE 09/23/16 *** DEMON DOCTOR TELLS OWNER TO GET RID OF KICO….KICO is a happy-go-lucky two year old cat. He lived with another male cat and 2 chihuahuas. He is also very good with children. So if the doctor told the owner he had allergies, why was KICO the only one surrendered?? Well, if you read a little further…..KICO started having litterbox accidents in the last three months but was never taken to a vet!! So was it really allergies?? We can all see that KICO needs a RESPONSIBLE home and he needs one NOW!! THIS IS A LOVELY FAMILY CAT WHO IS AVERAGE RATED & NEUTERED & USED TO LIVING WITH OTHER PETS…PLEASE HELP HIM KEEP LIVING!! 09/17/16 12:34 Basic Information Kico is a 2 year old neutered male domestic long hair who is being surrendered because owner was told by his doctor he needed to remove the cat from his home. Owner got Kico from a friend when he was a little kitten. Owner stated Kico has no medical issues but has never taken him to a vet. Socialization Kico is friendly around strangers. He has spent time with kids of all ages. He was playful, relaxed, and tolerant of the kids. He plays in a gentle manner with kids and adults. He lived with a 1 year old male cat. They respected each other and would play in an exuberant manner. He lived with two Chihuahuas. He was respectful, very playful, and tolerant of the Chihuahuas. He has never bitten a person or animal. Behavior Owner stated Kico has litter box accidents. He pees daily outside the box. This behavior has taken place for the last three months. Owner has never bathed Kico. Kico is not bothered by having his nails trimmed, being brushed, pick up, placed in a carrier, or if disturbed while sleeping. For a New Family to Know Kico is described as friendly, playful, and affectionate, with a high activity level. When home Kico follows his owner around. He likes to play with balls and mouse style toys. He was kept indoors and sleeps on owner’s bed. Owner fed him two cans of Fancy Feast daily and left dry Friskies dry food out. He uses a hooded cat litter box with crystal style litter in it. He would scratch on furniture made out of fabric. Behavior during Intake Kico tolerated handling during intake. Kico was easy to handle. No signs of aggression were displayed during the intake procedure.

He lived with a 1 year old male cat. They respected each other and would play in an exuberant manner. He lived with two Chihuahuas. He was respectful, very playful, and tolerant of the Chihuahuas. He has never bitten a person or animal. Reaction to assessor: Kico does not come to the front, but looks at the assessor – is calm, relaxed, and friendly. Reaction when softly spoken to: Kico does not come to the front, but looks at the assessor – is calm, relaxed, and friendly. Reaction to cage door opening: Kico remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Kico solicits petting and attention – rubbing against the assessor’s hands. Reaction to being picked up: Kico sits calmly in the assessor’s arms. Behavior Determination: Average Kico interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
