Oral Exam: adult dentition with mild dental staining, no oral ulcers
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic with audible congestion
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: F, no vulvar d/c, no MGTs, unknown if spayed
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat with some overgrooming of dorsal caudal tail and ventrum
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Start doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x10d until 11/17
